The mission of Community Health Center is to improve the health of our community through the provision of equitable, patient-centered, high quality, compassionate health care to all, regardless of ability to pay. So much of what CHC does, such as outreach, patient education and support, is not funded by traditional reimbursement mechanisms, making philanthropy all the more essential to achieving our mission.
We look to the generous philanthropic support of the community to help us provide access to integrated care to tens of thousands of your friends and neighbors. Making a sustained, monthly donation to Community Health Center as one of our Compassionate Health Supporters will make a significant impact in the work that we do each day at CHC. This includes addressing barriers that may impact health within our most vulnerable
