- Continue onto MA-6A East
- Community Health Center is on the right within Sextant Hill complex. You can use Webster Avenue to access Sextant Hill – the complex is located next to Village Florist and diagonally across from Cape Cod 5
From Mashpee
- Take 130 N toward Sandwich
- Turn right onto Tupper Rd
- Take a left at the intersection with MA-6A
- Community Health Center is on the left within the Sextant Hill complex. You can use Webster Avenue to access Sextant Hill – the complex is located next to Village Florist and diagonally across from Cape Cod 5
