Turn right onto Sandwich Rd

Community Health Center is on the right within Sextant Hill complex. You can use Webster Avenue to access Sextant Hill – the complex is located next to Village Florist and diagonally across from Cape Cod 5

From Mashpee

Take 130 N toward Sandwich
Turn right onto Tupper Rd
Take a left at the intersection with MA-6A
Community Health Center is on the left within the Sextant Hill complex. You can use Webster Avenue to access Sextant Hill – the complex is located next to Village Florist and diagonally across from Cape Cod 5
