Prior to joining Community Health Center, Dr. Fortes worked as a Dental Assistant at Dental Associates of Cape Cod and Advanced Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry. She was a dentist in her native Brazil before that, and she is fluent in Portuguese. She received her educations at the Universidade Federal of Minas Gerais (U.F.M.G) – post graduation in Implantology (2013-2015) – Specialization, Núcleo: Atualização e Aperfeiçoamento em Odontologia – post graduation in Periodontology (2012), and Núcleo: Atualização e Aperfeiçoamento em Odontologia – post graduation in Advanced Surgery and Implantology (2011).
