Kimberly Haupt, FNP is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with over ten years of nursing experience. She sees patients as a nurse practitioner in CHC’s North Falmouth location. Kimberly received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salve Regina University in Newport, RI before earning her Master of Nursing from Walden University. She has held many nursing roles, including experience in other community health centers, urgent care centers, and hospitals. Her knowledge base and experience in her role make Kimberly a driving force in increasing access to quality health care for residents of Cape Cod and beyond.
