Our clinic is located at 115 Scranton Avenue, Falmouth, MA 02540.
The clinic’s schedule is as follows:
Mondays: 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm
Tuesdays: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
Wednesdays: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

– Healthcare Hub Kiosk for readings
– Blood pressure checks
– Chronic disease management
– Acute sick visits
