Community Health Center’s 24th Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser
Bourne – Community Health Center will be hosting their 24th Annual Golf Tournament at Pocasset Golf Club (24 Club House Drive, Pocasset) on Monday, September 9. Last year’s event featured a sold-out field that raised a record-breaking amount to support CHC’s programs and services. The funds raised from this event go directly to impact Community
