Our North Falmouth location will be open to the public on Thursday, August 11. The services offered there include Gynecological Care, Primary Care, & Lifestyle Medicine. We welcome the public to stop in, tour the building, meet our staff, learn more about CHC, and enjoy some light refreshments and raffles.
All Community Health Center offices, including pharmacies, will be observing labor day on Saturday, September 3 and Monday, September 5. We will reopen with regular hours on Tuesday, September 6.
