National Health Center Week – Open House and Health Screening Events

Community Health Center of Cape Cod unites with other health centers across the nation every August to celebrate National Health Center Week.  The theme for this year’s Health Center Week is “The Chemistry for Strong Communities.”  To celebrate, we will be hosting an open house and free health screening events at our Mashpee and Centerville offices, and we hope that you can join us!

Centerville Event—1185B Falmouth Road
Monday, August 9, 10:00 am—1:00 pm

Mashpee Event—107 Commercial Street
Wednesday, August 11, 10:00 am—1:00 pm

 Each free event will feature:

• Blood pressure screenings
• Body mass index screenings
• Health Center and healthy living information
• Opportunity to tour the Health Center
• CHC giveaways and raffles
• “Stuffy check-up” activity for kids
• Access to learn about CHC services (primary, behavioral health, dental care) and job opportunities
