We are excited to welcome the greater Sandwich community to celebrate with Community Health Center, as we permanently build healthy roots in Sandwich with the construction of our newest office located at 87 Route 6A, Sandwich, MA. This multi-functional site will be a complete medical home that offers primary care, dental care, on-site affordable prescriptions and more regardless of ability to pay.
We look forward to bringing together what makes Sandwich a wonderful place to live, work and obtain services – the people, its iconic destinations, arts and culture and wonderful food all in one place on Thursday, August 21. This complimentary event is a time for locals to gather together, say hello and learn more about how CHC will be a good neighbor to all in Sandwich and beyond!
