Dr. Munir Ahmed is Community Health Center’s Chief Transformation Officer, helping to guide the organization’s strategic plan to help achieve the quadruple AIM of health care: quality, cost, patient satisfaction and provider satisfaction. Dr. Ahmed is an Internal Medicine Specialist with more than 25 years of diverse experience of caring for patients in the community. He worked as a hospitalist at Cape Cod Hospital. Most recently and an internist with Cape Cod Healthcare in Sandwich. Dr. Ahmed’s clinical interests are hypertension, diabetes, geriatrics, hospice and palliative care. He lives in East Sandwich with his family.
