She practices as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a particular commitment to prevention and health promotion for diverse populations. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Salve Regina University, graduating with distinction with a project focused on assessing provider knowledge of HPV in the LGBTQ community, and holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a minor in Spanish, also from Salve Regina (2013, 2017, 2019). Helen is providing care in CHC’s Mashpee office.
Helen serves on the faculty of the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Salve Regina University, where she leads curriculum design, develops innovative simulation and hybrid learning experiences and mentors students as they transition into advanced practice and pursue certification.
Deeply passionate about women’s health, Helen will begin midwifery school in April 2026 to further specialize in caring for women across the childbearing and childrearing years as well as postmenopausal women. She maintains board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and active RN licensure in Massachusetts, and her scholarly interests include HPV prevention and LGBTQ health.
Outside of work, she enjoys running and spending time with her busy family of three boys, three dogs, and a rabbit, and they can often be found camping or making memories together at Disney.
