Hannah Ouimet, FNP-C

Hannah Ouimet comes to CHC with clinical experience since 2013. Hannah started her career as an Emergency Department nurse, having worked in both large city hospitals and small community hospital settings. She has since worked as both a primary care and hospitalist nurse practitioner, providing comprehensive and compassionate patient care across a variety of clinical environments. Hannah also holds a bachelor’s degree in public health, fueling her strong passion for preventative care, wellness, and public health initiatives. Outside of work, she enjoys running, spending time with her family, and boating during the summer months.

Education:

Undergraduate: Bachelors in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University

Medical School / Graduate School: BSN from University of Rhode Island, Masters from Chamberlain University

Residency / Clinical Training: Falmouth Hospital, Falmouth Pediatrics and Falmouth Hospital Medical Center
