Alex J. Weiner, MSN, MPH, FNP-C is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner who sees patients as a home-based primary care provider. Alex began his higher education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Biology. Alex holds two Master of Science degrees, one in Public Health from Drexel University School of Public Health in Philadelphia, PA and the other in Nursing from Yale University in New Haven, CT. Alex has extensive experience working at community health centers, holding nurse practitioner roles at both Blackstone Valley Community Health Care in Rhode Island as well as New Bedford Community Health. He also serves as a Board of Health member for the city of New Bedford.
