Bourne – Community Health Center will be hosting their 24th Annual Golf Tournament at Pocasset Golf Club (24 Club House Drive, Pocasset) on Monday, September 9. Last year’s event featured a sold-out field that raised a record-breaking amount to support CHC’s programs and services. The funds raised from this event go directly to impact Community

All CHC locations, including pharmacies, will be closed on Monday, January 20 in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
