SUMMARY:Community Health Center's 24th Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:Bourne – Community Health Center will be hosting their 24th Annual Golf Tournament at Pocasset Golf Club (24 Club House Drive\, Pocasset) on Monday\, September 9. Last year’s event featured a sold-out field that raised a record-breaking amount to support CHC’s programs and services. \nThe funds raised from this event go directly to impact Community Health Center’s mission\, to improve the health of the community through the provision of patient-centered\, high quality\, compassionate health care to all\, regardless of ability to pay. Community Health Center serves more than 25\,000 patients\, offering integrated care services to those most in need. \nThis Golf Tournament is instrumental in helping CHC tackle social determinants of health\, including addressing housing and food insecurity\, transportation challenges\, employment issues\, language barriers and access to affordable health care for so many in our community. Support of this event can help individuals overcome these barriers and will make a lasting impact on their health and well-being. \nThe CHC Golf Tournament will begin with a 12:30 shotgun start\, and includes lunch\, a cocktail reception\, on-course contests\, dinner\, awards and both a silent and live auction.
