DESCRIPTION:Each August\, Community Health Center unites with other community health centers across the nation to celebrate National Health Center Week. As we celebrate our 25th Anniversary of caring for our community this year\, we invite you to join us at an open house on August 9 at our main office in Mashpee! This event is open to anyone in the community\, so please feel free to share with anyone in your organization\, or any clients/constituents that you would like! \nCommunity Health Center Open House \n107 Commercial Street\, Mashpee  \nWednesday\, August 9 \n1:00 – 3:00 pm \nCommunity Health Center Health Center Week Open House Flier 2023This free event is open to anyone in the community and will feature: \n·     Free giveaway for the first 20 people (digital scale\, electronic toothbrush or CHC hat/jacket) \n·     Raffle to win a $75 Amazon gift card for all attendees \n·     Produce bag giveaways for the first 50 interested attendees\, from Tufts Health Plan \n·     Blood pressure screenings \n·     Body mass index screenings \n·     Community Health Center and healthy living information \n·     CHC office tours \n·     CHC giveaways \n·     “Stuffy check-up” activity for kids \n·     Opportunity to meet team members\, ask questions\, and apply to become a patient \n·     Access to learn about CHC services including primary care\, behavioral health\, dental\, pharmacy\, gynecology\, optometry\, lifestyle medicine\, telehealth & substance use disorders
