The Annual Golf Tournament serves as a significant fundraising opportunity for CHC\, and supports their mission to comprehensive\, high quality\, compassionate health care to all\, regardless of ability to pay. This event plays a vital role in helping CHC address social determinants of health\, such as housing insecurity\, food insecurity\, transportation challenges\, employment challenges\, language barriers\, and access to affordable health care.
