Virtual Falmouth Walk

For 29 summers, the Falmouth Walk has brought together thousands of families and friends for a day of exercise, camaraderie, and giving to those in need.  We are very grateful that Community Health Center of Cape Cod will be one of the charities that this year’s event beneficiaries!

This year’s walk will be held virtually, on or around August 15. Please consider walking to support the event and the Health Center this year. We already have nearly 20 employees registered, and the first 25 employees to register will receive a coveted CHC fleece jacket.
