All proceeds from this event will help us to continue to achieve our mission to improve the health of our community through the provision of equitable, patient-centered, high quality, compassionate health care to all, regardless of ability to pay. Your support will help us continue to provide access to wrap-around services and programs that make a positive difference in the lives of so many in our community. For many of our vulnerable patients, access to integrated care services is essential to preventing devastating health crises and costly hospitalizations.
